This website is operated on behalf of the organising committee of the Sherfield on Loddon Village Fête. We operate under the auspices of Sherfield on Loddon Village Hall. See our About page for details.

Contact forms
The site contains a number of forms which may be used for various purposes including booking stalls at the fête, volunteering to help with the fête, offering donations, or to enter displays and competitions, etc. The information supplied through these forms is stored in a database on our server, and used by members of the committee and others involved with planning and staging the fête.
Who we share your data with
We do not share any information you supply to us with any external organisations, except as may be required by law.
How long we retain your data
If you submit information through one of our forms, that information and associated metadata (including your IP address) will be retained for as long as it is required for the purposes it was provided. In practice this means we retain it at least until the date of the fête has passed. In some cases we will retain information to assist in planning future years’ events.
What rights you have over your data
If you have submitted information to this site through one of the forms, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
